Details: Each programme involves structured group exercise sessions a week plus additional optional walks/runs, motivational seminars to empower you, gym sessions to show you how use all the right machines (& how to replicate them at home), nutritional guidelines and a diary to keep on track, fit tips and positive reminders, social morning teas, before & after girth measurements recorded individually (if desired) and it will finish off with a Celebration Pot Luck Dinner & prize giving with some great awards!

Once you register you can arrange a time to meet with Lauren one on one to chat through your goals and have your measurements taken prior to starting the challenge.

Costs: To be confirmed once dates, times and venues are confirmed.

All challenges are comprehensive and fees cover all administration, paperwork, training and nutrition information, equipment for all the sessions, morning teas and your completion certificate.
