How to Get Started
I am based just out of Palmerston North and choose to work from the lovely environment of my home. For one on one sessions I can arrange to meet you at a private office in town or in some cases to travel to you.
Phone or Internet Coaching (via Skype) is available right now, regardless of where you live (just as long as you have a telephone or the internet.) This is a very effective way to receive coaching especially if you have a webcam as we can see each other on screen as we talk. The cost of all calls is covered by Pure Health & Wellbeing.
