How to get started
Lauren is based just out of Palmerston North whre she chooses to work from the lovely environment of her home. For one on one sessions she can arrange to meet you at a private office in town or in some cases to travel to you.
Nutritional consultations are also offered by phone or over the internet (via Skype.) So you can take advantage of them regardless of where you live (just as long as you have a telephone or the internet.) This is a very effective way to do a consultation especially if you have a webcam as we can see each other on screen as we talk. The cost of all calls is covered by Pure Health & Wellbeing.
