This session educates and informs you about nutrition by discussing your current eating habits, different approaches to eating and uncovers the real facts behind diets and the many myths around eating. It is like your very on nutrition made easy course with everything explained in plain English. The consultation involves an assessment of your current eating patterns, identification of the key areas that can make all the difference for you in achieving your goals and finally recommendations are agreed on together with your input. All recommendations are then provided in writing along with educational information and meal ideas.
Training & Nutrition Packages
You may also be interested in combining Personal Training with a Nutritional Consultation. Everyone that undertakes a “Pure Real Results Package” receives a complimentary nutritional consultation as part of this package.

If you are not totally satisfied with any of the services you receive and after having consistently applied the advice as recommended by me to your eating habits you do not feel you have gained any benefit from them whatsoever, then I will be happy to refund your investment in full.
If you have any concerns during or after your consultation, then please do not hesitate to voice these to me. The sooner we can work together to get on top of what is not working for you – the better your results will be!
Our Pricing Ethical Standards
All Service and Product fees are printed and available for clients.
Once Service fees are decided upon and printed, there will be no discounting of fees. Prices are non-negotiable to ensure a fair system.
A fixed call out fee will apply for sessions outside of the normal training area.
This will be discussed and agreed prior to training.
