A Personal Trainer motivates, challenges, encourages and pushes their clients to work to their full potential, at the same time catering for their clients needs and limitations. They will take into account any health concerns and past injuries to ensure that their exercise routine is safe and effective.

Having regular sessions with a Personal Trainer means that you get the best workout possible. Some trainers also perform hands on stretching which is much more effective in really improving flexibility, and some even finish off their sessions with a shoulder massage – the ultimate finish to a great work out!
