The approach that I take to training is to make every session an enjoyable experience that you look forward to, and to give you the best results in the shortest time possible. Every session you will receive a fun effective warm up great work out (at the intensity you desire), a full body stretch and a relaxing shoulder massage to finish.
I specialise in assisting people with weight loss & increased strength by delivering strength training to improve toned lean muscle and lift the metabolism to get the body burning more fat 24/7. Each session is individually personalised according to your goals and abilities plus how you feel on the day. One of the most common things my clients say is how much better they feel by the end of
a session, no matter what head space they came in with!
The style of training I do is focused on being time efficient and functional. This means that we work a whole range of muscles out at the same time so you get more bang for your buck and are doing exercises that replicate everyday movements. This way you’ll find it easier to lift your groceries, climb the stairs, have more power and agility for your sport or simply get dressed without needing to sit down…(and the list goes on!)
As you train I will ensure that you have immediate hands on feedback and technique correction to ensure you are performing each exercise to get maximum benefits as well as keeping you safe. Over time my clients find their personal knowledge increases as I explain what we’re dong and why (in plain English) so their confidence builds and builds.
I also offer the flexibility of both indoor and outdoor training, either at the gym, in your home or at a park! Imagine getting outdoors
in the fresh air and training
using a jungle gym
and the equipment which I supply, or having the freedom and privacy of training in your very own lounge or back yard!
The structured approach I take to my clients’ training means that they get guidance and advice on what they can do throughout the week. I also offer nutritional consultations and coaching to help them reach their goals faster. I keep a record of everything that we do together so you can easily see how much you have progressed.
You can have peace of mind knowing that I am a fully REPS registered Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and have been so since the inception of REPS. This means that I have met their standards in terms of qualifications, experience and skill and continue to maintain these standards by updating my knowledge every year.
